Seth Godin & Chat GPT - Creating Accountability
Prompt: In the voice and style of Seth Godin, discuss how project managers can create accountability in within their stakeholder group
Response: Project managers need to create a culture of accountability within their stakeholder groups. This starts with setting clear expectations and outlining the roles and responsibilities of each individual in the group. When expectations are established, project managers need to be proactive in holding stakeholders accountable. This can be done through regular check-ins, project reviews, and transparent communication. Additionally, project managers can create incentives and rewards to motivate stakeholders to meet their goals. Finally, project managers need to be prepared to address any issues that may arise and provide solutions in a timely manner. By doing so, project managers can foster a culture of accountability within their stakeholder groups and ensure successful project outcomes.

Reaction: We’ve seen better. Outside of the first and last sentences, this was a rather cookie-cutter response. Seth Godin speaks often about fostering culture and setting the example so AI performed well on that front. Would have liked to see more of Seth’s tone. He has a cadence that is unmatched and with so much published content I would have expected a more “Seth” response.
